Respite care is planned, or emergency care provided to an individual to provide temporary relief for primary caregivers. It can be arranged for just an afternoon or for several days. Respite care can be provided at home or in a health care facility. Respite services charge by the hour or by the number of days services are being provided. Medicaid may also offer some assistance.
StoneBridge offers non-medical respite services for short-term relief for primary caregivers to help prevent caregiver burnout. We will partner with families to offer peace of mind by providing caring and supportive services to their loved ones in their absence.
