Nursing services are medical services provided by a Registered Nurse or LPN under the supervision of the Registered Nurse outlined in the clients plan of care. Nursing services also include supervision of all In-home Aide staff/contractor.

StoneBridge Home Care Agency currently offer supervisory services to all In-Home Aide staff/contractor. The agency will soon be offering medical services included but not limited to: nursing assessments, pain management, medication administration, oxygen administration, nutritional services, skin and wound management, glucose management, specimen collection, and patient education.
